How long does it take to receive my watch?

With all pieces dispatched & delivered to your door within 10-14 business days.

How can I adjust the strap size?

We include (for free a complimentary tool kit to help you adjust the strap properly.

Do you offer a warranty?

Every watch made in our workshop comes with a free one-year warranty. This covers operating issues and manufacturing defects under normal use.
Since our watches are not designed for swimming or similar activities, the warranty does not cover scratches, damage from opening the watch, or water resistance issues. To ensure your watch’s longevity, we recommend avoiding these activities.
The warranty applies only to movement defects and does not cover any other component of the watch.
